Murph Training: Run to Mama (Time)
200 meter + 20 pull-ups
400 meter + 40 push-ups
800 meter + 80 air squats
1 mile run
RX+: with vest
If you don’t have access to pull up bar then replace with the weakest movement of push-ups or air squats.
