How long have you been CrossFitting? I started in 2014 so close to 5 years.
What keeps you coming back? The friends that have become family, the culture, and I like to eat a lot.
How did you find CrossFit? Carrie Wageman, my middle school P.E. Teacher forced me to come try CrossFit and I loved it.
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? I couldn’t imagine my life without Crossfit now, It’s shaped me to take on challenges I never would have before.
What is the One Thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? There’s so much I could say, but my first bar muscle up and completing Murph are at the top.
Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit? My goal is to compete the L1 certification and become a coach.
Any advice for new members? Don’t give up, it’s tough at the start, and there is a lot to learn, but there is no better feeling than progress and overcoming your weakness.
