Our CrossFit/CrossGrit classes are offered 5 days a week, with a traditional CrossFit style class (typically with an Olympic lift and partner workout) on Saturdays.
Monday/Wed/Friday has a strength focus, followed by a metcon, and Tuesday/Thursday’s are cardio focused with a longer 20-30 min AMRAP and skill work.
The week day metcons offer two options of workouts:
