What keeps you coming back? The people, my family, and the workouts!
How did you find CrossFit? My Mom and sister kept talking about it, so of course my Dad and I had to check it out.
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? It has made me healither, stronger, and has brought so many wonderful people into my life.
What is the One Thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? There’s a lot, but one would be a bar muscle up! That took me FOREVER to get.
Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit? One goal I would like to achieve is butterfly pull ups! Also, to beat my family more often at workouts. 😉
Any advice for new members? Just try it!! It may be intimidating at first but everyone is so friendly and welcoming and we have great coaches to teach the movements.
